The purpose of this study is to confirm the implications of the increase of foreign crimes by confirming that the increase of foreigners leads to the increase of foreign crimes and analyzing the crime situation to derive the causes and characteristics. Currently, there are about 2,430,500 foreigners in Korea, and the number is on a steep rise, of which 352,000 are actually employed or seeking work despite illegal stays. In addition, the number of multicultural family students reaches 121,000, and even multicultural marriages are increasing significantly to 1%. Most of them are in economic activity or stay in vulnerable groups, and often face discrimination by domestic people, and often commit crimes against domestic people due to resentment or revenge. As a result, their crimes are also increasing, and as a result, prejudice and prejudice against these foreigners are becoming foreign hatred. Therefore, the causes and characteristics of foreign crimes were classified. Since our judicial authorities are obsessed with the current type of crime and count it as a general criminal, the cause analysis is still in a typical framework. On the other hand, in recent years, there has been an unavoidable spread of refusal of foreigners to Korea and the Korean society due to the accident of a foreign worker's crash during the crackdown of illegal immigrants. This is expected to act as a social anxiety factor that can rapidly expand in proportion to the increase in the size of foreigners, and it means that hatred towards Koreans is spreading. In addition, with these points in mind, the policy of consolidation, reinforcement of Korean language education, and education and promotion for ignoring misunderstandings against foreigners were presented as advance measures for the side effects of foreign crimes.
