The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between sports organizational culture and sports human rights. Through Ursula Le Guin's novel, ｢The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas｣, which is often used as an ethical text. Social utopias, Omelas and its residents, attempted to investigate the impact of organizational culture on human rights by projecting a sports world called sports power, and a young child in unfortunate situations through contracts to unprotected sports human rights. Through the characteristics of utopia, the contents of sports powers were analyzed in depth, based on the characteristics of spatial closure, the pursuit of eternity, and secularity. First, spatial closedness was searched for spatial closedness in the form of sports camps and closed culture in the organization. Second, the pursuit of eternity implications identified the utopian illusions of sports powerhouses as structural problems of violence in which they trained. Finally, the characteristics of secularity examined the problems that the sport-specific cartel, which is called the privatization of the organization in the sports world, is derived from the mythological structure and the creation of heroes in the organization. We also looked at our traditional contract to see sports players. 'Those leaving Omelas' confirmed that empathy and human rights sensitivity were an alternative.
