Recently the crime occurred in school or schools around. We can expect a significant effect on the protection and prevention crime occurring in school. The researcher reviewed the issues of recent case of Hanam city, which operates the integrated control center related to youth crime in this study. The issues of CCTV integrated control center in Hanam city for are as follows. First, funding and operations are seperated, though local government funding and the police enforcement operations. Second, it was a hardware problem, key point of CCTV at the middle school and high school, CCTV was installed elementary school 12. Third, there was a lack of training and operations personnel advancement of expertise, it was also necessary to improve the system operation problem. Fourth, it was the lack of inter-institutional coordination city full CPTED plan. The above problem is urgent improvement measures occured as well as the other cities. To improve the problems identified in this study are as follows. First, the government should be established roadmap scenarios should be created first. Second, we must be united as one entity operating system and budget support. Third, it should be standardized globally integrated control center for such equipment or devices. Fourth, CCTV is installed for juvenile crime prevention effect and the psychological of the crime. This study could provide of the significance for local governments to operate a comprehensive CCTV monitoring center.
